The Best Robot Vacuum That Mops

The Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking to buy a robot vacuum cleaner best vacuum that can also mop, this is the model to go for. It's smaller than the other models and makes it more maneuverable in tight corners or under furniture. It has a 220 degree Lidar that, when combined with the 3D Matrix Camera System, offers one of my top navigation and object avoidance capabilities I've seen in a robotic best automatic vacuum. It's efficient and does a great job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It vacuums carpeted rooms extremely quickly and the hardwood floors in the living room, and hallways in a single sweep. Its suction motor of 8,000pa is quick at picking up dirt, droppings and pet hair. Carpet detection increases power automatically when it comes in contact with carpets and the dual side brushes help draw away debris from corners.

The mopping performance, while still impressive, is not as good. The mop's rotating motor spins at a high rate and it pushes down with 2.2lbs of force, easily cleaning up dirt and stains. I've noticed that the front arm extends out a bit more than other robots. This is useful when you're trying to get into difficult corners or along baseboards. The same front arms can also be used to clean larger objects, such as broken toys and fallen books.

Another great feature is that the S1 Pro is one of the most quiet robot vacuums and mops I've tried. It doesn't produce the same amount of noise while vacuuming or mopping and is much quieter than the Narwal Freo X Ultra or RoboRock S7. The only drawback is that the S1 Pro must use a specific cleaning solution to perform mopping, and is sold separately from the vacuum. It is simple to install, and it works well. However, if you are buying this vacuum solely for mopping it is important to pay attention to this.

The Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo stands apart from the majority of robot vacuums which mops in its class. It is a powerful machine for cleaning with a range of features.

The device is equipped with a powerful and impressive cleaning system that combines LiDAR sensors and an RGB camera to map the house and locate furniture and other obstacles. This information can be used to clean efficiently and methodically. This ensures an efficient and consistent cleaning and is also fast.

The Yiko X1 Omni

The X1 Omni robot vacuum is the most expensive item in our review. It does however, have some unique features which make it worth considering. The X1 Omni's main draw is its huge dock which doubles as a charging base and housing for two water tanks, a clean sink and an best automatic vacuum and mop 2.5-liter dust bin that is automatically eliminates.

The base has several control buttons that allow you to manually start cleaning tasks, recall the robot or run the dock’s auto-emptying procedure. Press two buttons to turn off the child lock. This is a wonderful feature for parents who are worried about their children playing with the vacuum.

The Omni Omni, like other robotic vacuums uses its camera to identify obstacles and furniture in its path. It will steer clear of them. True Mapping 2.0 navigation maps your home up to four times faster than laser detection systems.

Unfortunately this means that the X1 Omni could occasionally become so entangled with an obstruction, such as an electrical cord dangling across a rug that it becomes stuck and stops working until you free it. This is a rare event however, it was a bit frustrating because the X1 doesn't have an "stuck status" alert on its application.

The X1 Omni is unable to automatically switch from mopping to vacuuming mode during the cleaning process. You will need to manually swap between the two, which isn't an issue except for the fact that mopping pads haven't been cleaned and dried between uses and can cause mildew or mold.

The X1 Omni looks great, thanks to the Jacob Jensen design team (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who designed the sleek, modern base and mopping pad. It's a big contrast to the basic black bases of competitors like Roborock or iRobot. And it's an excellent choice for a market dominated by clunky boxy units.
