It's a shame the GP Unique doesn't have a manual option however Mini does not mince words about its focus on lap times and an automatic is the best option here.

There are some flaws. The GP Unique's suspension is sturdy, but not engaging. When you're driving straight and smooth B road, you can easily work the chassis's dynamic limits, but it's difficult to remain fluid with your inputs. The front end becomes somewhat snatchy, and the car struggles to hold its line when it's under the pressure of irregular British bumps.

Fortunately the GP Unique's handling is excellent once you dial it in. Its front and body control remind us of the JCW racecar we raced last season. When you're on a slippery surface and when you're in determined mood, it's an absolute joy to drive.

The car's chassis is distinct from the standard MT-09 due to its higher torsional rigidity and larger axles. The new GP features 24.7 degrees of rake and 108mm of trail, which feels a lot more on the front than the R6's - but it also provides incredible stability in corners.

Another excellent feature of GP is the PO Generator module. This module allows you to look at your current inventory, the min/max levels you've set for each item, and any open POs your suppliers have (i.e. more inventory is expected) and then generates suggested purchase orders that you can forward to your suppliers.

The GP 500

They were easy to spot, but did not hinder the viewing experience.

The sound quality is amazing. The GP500 features an independent DSP chip with treVolo Psychoacoustic Tuning which produces 3D audio effects. It uses an internal quad speaker layout located in the corners of the cabinet. They are designed to create an immersive sound field for everyone regardless of the seating position in the room.

There are several options for connectivity with HDMI inputs 1, 2 and 3, and an optical Toslink SPDIF port that allows the transmission of native Dolby Atmos bitstreams to an external sound bar. The GP500 has two Type-A USB 2.0 ports to stream content. It also supports a 12-volt screen trigger.

The 117bhp CP3 engine is very user-friendly and has a wide range of power mobility scooter that can be accessed at low revs. Even at highway speeds the GP comes with a roar of midrange hoop-hah that's sufficient to reset your calculations for speed, time, and distance and completely dissect Google Maps' estimated time of arrival. The GP's suspension is just right - it's certainly not as painfully stiff as an R6 or as light and agile as the TT500. However, it's a lot of fun and a riot to ride.
