How to Replace an audi keys replacement cost G28 Engine Speed Sensor

If this sensor fails to function, the ECU will display a P00160 error message. This indicates that the Crank Shaft is out of alignment with the Intake Camshaft. It could also indicate an issue with the chain or a jumped chain link in the upper chain. The code won't show without the additional information provided by other sensors (G4 or G40).
Testing is a bit challenging since there are two pins for the connector and they have different functions but the best method of testing it is by measuring resistance between the sensor and the ECU. It should read around 1000 ohms when it is in full operation. If you're experiencing issues with this sensor, look for evidence of coolant or oil in the connector bay.
2. Injectors
Yesterday accelerating full speed from highway paytoll i had a big cut in power like the engine is out of gas or injectors aren't firing anymore. Today, i pulled out the spark plugs, 3 were drenched with gazoline the 4th one was dry. When I start the engine, there are no sparks, i place a tissue on top of each injector hole and the 3 that were drenched in gazoline jump out but the 4th one stays shut. I tested the ground connection of ECU pins 14,30 and 48/55. I found 0ohm. Therefore, i think the issue is in another place.
I also tried to reset the PID but without success. The car will start if the G28 is unplugged and it runs perfectly when it is connected however it has intermittent misfire issues at higher RPM. The coolant sensor (G62), even when unplugged, still shows temperatures of -49c. I also noticed that the gauge for oil pressure in the cockpit shows 2 bar while the actual pressure is 0.0 when i rev the engine.
I'm not certain what to do, but i believe that i've eliminated everything else. I'm afraid i may have missed something. If anyone has any ideas please share them! TIA!
3. Fuel Pump
The fuel pump in the g28 gets a signal from the RPM sensor. The GM-style transmitter is similar to the G4 sender and works on the 80,100,200, UrS, and RS2 vehicles. It is easy to find the spare in a salvage shop or parts store. Test them out - put your DMM in resistance mode and take measurements between pins 1 (with the bump on the connector's end up) and 2 (2nd from left on the black end of the connector). They should be infinite ohms.

Our 20vt turbo (3B, AAN, ABY and ADU) engines have an ECU that has to know the position and speed of the crankshaft to make decisions about fuel injector timing etc. In order to do this it uses a Crank Position Sensor (G4) and an Engine Speed Sensor (G28).
